Mark Segal Tandem Paragliding Interlaken, Switzerland

About Paragliding
Paragliding is the closest                       humans can get to the feeling of flying like a bird. It is a fun, safe way to experience flight in its purest form.
Many people are under the impression that paragliding is jumping off mountains with a parachute or being  pulled into the air behind a boat. In fact  Paraglider pilots  gently fly off slopes, they never jump off an edge.
If you are interested in experiencing the joys of paragliding, without having to learn how to fly, try a tandem flight .
Tandem flights use a wing large enough to hold two people; the pilot and their passenger. Each person has their own harness, which are attached together, with the passenger in front, and the pilot right behind.
At a suitable take off area on a gentle slope the pilot and passenger are connected to the paraglider, it is then pulled up into the wind which causes the canopy to inflate, you take a few steps together and before you know it you've stepped off into the sky!
Prices starting from CHF160.00!
